Henry Ford started travel Ford motors in 1903. Since the establishment of the Organization, Ford motors has grown to become one of the largest players in the automotive industry. To meet the growing and need quick production, Ford Motors change history in the automotive industry by introducing the first moving assembly line at Highland Park assembly plant in 1913. The first assembly line has 140 installer who works along the line 150 feet to install parts. By the year 1920 's, the company has more than 20 overseas assembly plants around the world and is the largest automobile producer in America.
In 2008, When three large manufacturers-Ford, General Motors and Chrysler have faced financial issues, the United States Government has to save by providing financial assistance through the TARP (relief programs assets problematic). Ford is the only organization that is able to survive in tough times and did not file a bankruptcy. Since then the company has been gradually developed and leave an impact to the industry.
Since the turn of the Decade, Ford has invested heavily in manufacturing model to save oil. It has managed to make a car that has high performance at the same time be eco-friendly. Now, Ford is one of the leading vendors for hybrid and electronic car in America.
In 2018, Ford has announced that it will be lights out passenger cars and focused on producing electricity, hybrid cars, pickups and SUVS. It also strives to bring advanced technology so as to experience comfortable and luxurious drive users. Ford will bring back the early Ranger and Bronco popular in the year 2019, along with the Diesel version of the F-150 truck.
